How away-season service works
- The same weekly visit: testing and balancing, skimming, brushing, vacuuming as needed, baskets, and a working look at the equipment.
- A written note after every visit, so there is a record you can check from anywhere.
- Water level awareness. A level that keeps dropping gets flagged, not ignored, because unattended water loss is how small problems become drywall problems.
- Equipment observations in plain language. If a pump starts sounding wrong in July, you hear about it in July.
- After major storms, we note the pool's condition on the next route visit and tell you what, if anything, needs attention.

The point of seasonal service is a non-event arrival: you open the door in November and the pool simply looks the way you left it. No recovery project, no cloudy first week, no scrambling to find someone in the busiest season. For rentals, that same readiness is what guests see on day one.

How do I know the work is actually being done?+
Every visit produces a written note about what was done and what the water looked like. You can also simply watch the pattern: consistent notes, consistent chemistry, and a pool that looks right on the camera or when a neighbor walks by.
Can I pause service for the months the house is empty?+
We do not recommend it, and this is exactly the season the pool needs care most. Florida heat, rain, and sun do not take the summer off. Pausing service on an unattended pool is how green pool recoveries happen.
What happens after a hurricane or major storm?+
On the next route visit we assess the pool, clear what a normal visit can clear, and tell you honestly whether the pool needs anything beyond routine care. Storm cleanup beyond the normal visit is quoted before any work.
